This is something I have done for 18 years. I always call my customers the day before their appointment to remind them of their appointment and to make sure there are no changes. You would be surprised how many people would have forgotten if I had not called. In addition, people will cancel when they would have just been a No Show, this allows you to fill in the space with a paying customer. This very simple phone call can minimize wasted time at your shop.
